Another SkyRocket strength is working with groups. In our Impact Leadership Group Coaching Program, we bring together a small group of leaders within an organization for six 2-hour sessions. In each session, one participant brings forward a current real world leadership challenge for case study review. A skilled and experienced SkyRocket facilitator guides the discussion by providing strategic models, as well as leadership tools, to empower participants to initiate solutions within their organizations.

The group will discuss shared experiences and proposed solutions for case studies concerning:

Operationalizing racial equity

Leading in times of great change

Modifying a strategic plan mid-stream

Balancing board and staff expectations

Managing conflict effectively

Influencing across the organization
